2. Return for Quality Issues

Returns are only applicable if the product is spoiled or you believe the honey quality is not good.

In this case, please share a video and images on our WhatsApp showing the issue with the product so our team can review it.

3. Refund or Replacement Time

Once the issue is confirmed, we will refund your amount or send a replacement within 2 days.

4. Conditions

Refund or replacement is applicable when:

  • The product arrives damaged or leaked

  • The quantity is less due to damage

  • The honey appears spoiled or not suitable

5. Return Quantity Policy

The refund or replacement will only be for the same quantity that you return.
